I’m always tempted to start off blog posts mid conversation.
I feel like for those of you who read the blog everyday, you would pick it right up. You might not even notice. But then I remember that not everyone reads blogs everyday…well I mean…I guess some of you guys aren’t as obsessed with blogs as me. That’s what I’ve heard anyway.
But I do feel like we’re all having a conversation. An often one-sided conversation where I get to make up what you guys are saying back to me as I ramble on about how much I love avocado…
or these peanut butter cookies.
These were another Whole Foods impulse purchase. On a different day than the salsa! I work two blocks away from a Whole Foods, which is most often trouble and occasionally handy.
Anyway, I saw these peanut butter cookies and the tag line “…You won’t believe these are wheat & gluten free” was staring at me. In fact, it was daring me to mock it. I won’t believe it? Oh yeah? Try me.
I don’t believe it.
Well done Wow Baking Company, well done.
AND well done me. Because I had the genius idea to smear a little chocolate almond butter on one last night. Yeah. That happened and it was AMAZING.
MOH is reading this and shaking her head – she doesn’t like chocolate and peanut butter together!
