A Healthier Buffalo Wing

Are you looking forward to the Super Bowl?

How about the Puppy Bowl?

Chicken wings?

Yep. There we go. Chicken wings are what I most look forward to too! And this year I am even more excited because it gives me an excuse to make these babies..

Unlike those fried wings that threaten our bodies with gluten and saturated fat, these wings are baked and completely gluten free!

And these wings are topped with a cool crumble of queso fresco and chopped scallions! You won’t even miss the ranch or bleu cheese!

Gluten Free Wings with Queso Fresco and Scallions

You’ll need:

12-15 chicken wings

Moore’s Buffalo Sauce

Queso Fresco

Scallion, diced

Set your oven to Broil – high.

Lay out your wings in a single layer on a baking sheet that has a raised edge. You want a raised edge because the grease from the wings is going to drip off and you don’t want a giant mess in your oven!

Bake the wings on broil – checking OFTEN – until the wings crisp and brown. Once they crisp on one side, flip the wings, and allow the other side to crisp and brown.

Toss in Moore’s Buffalo Sauce and top with crumbled queso fresco and diced scallions.


Serve these at a party and everyone will think you slaved away over a fryer. They will be the none the wiser that these wings are actually baked to crisp perfection!
