The first thing I would make with the these bad boys would be either a hummus and veggie wrap (haven't had one of those in over two years!) or a breakfast burrito! Yummy!

omg! I would make a quesadilla!! I miss being able to order one in a restaurant and haven't had one in years!! I also haven't had luck finding the udi's tortillas yet, which I'm pretty bummed about!!

I would definitely be whipping up a quesadilla, but I'm sure wraps and burritos would not be too far behind! These tortillas look awesome, but I haven't seen them in stores yet.

Rudis (and udis) is the best thing ever. Now if one of them would make pita bread, I would be damn excited.

First thing I'd make with tortillas is pizza. Or maybe breakfast burritos. So many options ... I don't even know. I do know I'm really sick of corn tortillas and the teff tortillas I've tried SUCK. :)

Gluten free tortillas?? I wouldn't make anything at first-- I'd tear open the package and take a bite. I haven't seen these in stores yet, wonder when they'll pop up?

I would make some tacos, burritos & even a layered casserole with my favorite chicken chile verde recipe. It is sooo good & having tortillas with it would be awesome sauce!

I love pizza so I would make a breakfast pizza, put the tortilla in a toaster oven until slightly cooked, brush with olive oil, and top with scrambled eggs, veggies and a green onion garnish!

I would make an authentic northern New Mexico red chile enchilada, starting with homemade red chile sauce, tortillas, perfectly melted cheese, topped with avocado slices and garnished with organic salsa made from ingredients in my garden. Just the right touch of cilantro would top it.
