This past week I was perusing Pinterest (big surprise I know) when I ran across a picture entitled Cheesy Quinoa Cakes.
Done and Done.
Cheesy Quinoa Cakes
I followed the recipe here, and I just subbed in gluten free all-purpose flour for the regular flour and Robusto cheese for the fontina.
And I skipped the aioli and went with my own favorite drizzle:
Wishbone Buffalo Ranch – so good ya’ll and yep, it’s gluten free to boot!
I found this a few weeks ago on a random trip to Target and swear, I could drink it. I literally have to force myself to measure out a tablespoon serving!
