gluten free of course!
**IMPORTANT: This recipe takes an INSANELY long time to set! Mine has been setting for 24 hours, and it’s still a little droopy! I recommend making 2 days ahead of time.
- 1 can (14 oz) of sweetened condensed milk (Nestle is gluten free)
- 2 packages of white chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups Betty Crocker gluten free yellow cake mix (dry)
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream ( I used Organic Valley)
- 2 cups Fluff marshmallow crème
In a heavy bottomed saucepan, over low heat, combine the milk, chips, and cake mix. Stirring frequently until the chips are melted. Then add in the heavy whipping crème, stir to combine. Then add in the Fluff, stir to combine. Then STIR, STIR, STIR until all ingredients are melded.
Pour into a large GREASED brownie pan, and then sprinkle with sprinkles! Pop into the fridge covered with plastic wrap to set.
Don’t want to wait for it to set? No worries: Serve it on a spoon!
