With the return of the pumpkin spice latte, which thanks to Starbucks I will NO LONGER be enjoying, I’ve started seeing pumpkin recipes crop up everywhere! I love fall, but I’m in denial of the end of summer…yes, I know it’s September, but I’m still going on vacation in a week!
But I do love pumpkin. I can understand why everyone gets so excited about it’s return. It makes baked goods more moist and creamy, and when you’re baking gluten free, moistness is necessary!
This recipes for the weekend features everything pumpkin! And I hope you’ll share your favorite recipes in the comments for me to try! Next week I have some exciting new foods and recipes…cheesecake stuffed strawberries….pumpkin spice donuts….so have a great weekend!
Brown Butter glaze for ^^^ Little Punkins
Super Fancy Cheese Stuffed Pumpkins with Stuffing
Pumpkin Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting – SUPER old school recipe!
***And I can hopefully get the recipe for my Dad’s gluten free pumpkin pie soon!
I need more pumpkin recipes!
Not feeling pumpkin yet? Still want summer?! Try these previous recipes for the weekend, all about summer!

Last year, Caribou Coffee's pumpkin spice latte was gluten free, will check for this year. It was yummy! I think I need to make pumpkin bread this weekend.
My friend is a manager at Caribou, and is always updating me on the Gluten free goods at Caribou... I will ask her!
Good Lord that looks SO good!! Have a great weekend!
why aren't you going to be enjoying the pumpkin spice lattes? Did I miss something?
I thought the pumpkin spice was safe?!? I've not had one yet this year but I hope I'm still able to!
I just had one flying back from Burning Man...all I can find is the usual disclaimer, Starbucks "...is unable to guarantee a gluten-free environment in any of their coffee shops due to the potential of cross contamination."

So, I guess it depends on how sensitive you are to cross-contamination.
This pumpkin recipe is one you're sure to enjoy. I made it myself and lerrrrved it! Nikki

p.s. I believe most of the drinks at Caribou Coffee are gluten free (based on my calls to their offices). I think their coffee is better than THAT OTHER RUDE ONE anyway!
Yes, why is the Pumpkin Spice Latte from Starbucks bad? I just had one last week, but I'm nervous to order another one now. Please respond! I love them. :)
