Look at this breakfast:
Why, in the world, have I never had quinoa for breakfast?!
I think I was skeptical about quinoa’s ability to break out of the “savory” mold.
In the mix: 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp. Cousin Phillip’s honey, 1 tbsp. crushed walnuts, a smidge of blueberries, and about 1/3 to 1/2 cup quinoa
My only regret?
I should have doubled it!
I was hungry around 11:45/12noon, after eating this yummy bowl around 8:30. Typically, my breakfast keeps me full until 1, which is the way I like it!
But now I know! Quinoa + Breakfast = Great Idea!
