Since going gluten free, I have enjoyed trying to recreate some of my favorite gluteny foods:
Mozzarella Sticks – not once but twice
to name a few.
But I have to admit that in three years of being GF, I never once thought about
Stouffer’s French Bread pizzas. I can honestly say that these little “delicacies” never crossed my mind.
But on Saturday afternoon, when there was not much in the fridge, I spotted my Udi’s GF hotdog buns and…lightbulb!
Mini Pizzas!
Start by spreading a really delicious
gluten free
pizza sauce on to your gluten free hotdog bun.
and sprinkle with oregano and garlic salt!
and top with shredded cheese!
Broil on high until the cheese is golden and the edges are crispy.
Healthy? Mmm…not completely. Delicious? Yes!
And considering that two slices of Stouffer’s has around 800 calories, I’d say my gluten free version is pretty good!
And since my car broke down on Saturday and Parrish and I ended up walking FIVE MILES home (after I had already gone to the gym), I think I worked for it!
And if you’re impatient, you can try Parrish’s version of a gluten free pizza:
Cheese with sauce and herbs!

In making this, I began to wonder.
What kind of person are you?
Do you twist your bread bag and use the clip:
or do you simply twist sans clip?
I’m a sans clip girl.
