Some More Suh-Mores


A few days ago I was reading through blogs when I ran across Sam’s post on baked s’mores. Knowing I had Kinnikinnick S’moreables in my pantry, I couldn’t wait to try this recipe!

You simply take an oven safe dish (I used a tiny bowl that we actually use for condiments) and crush gluten free graham crackers in the bottom. Then you top with the GF chocolate chips of your choice. I used white chocolate chips because it’s what I had on hand. Then you top with GF marshmallow. And I actually tore my marshmallows in half before topping. Then bake at 350 degrees until the marshmallows turn a crispy golden brown.

YUM! I had forgotten how simply delicious melted marshmallows can be! The crispy sweetness combined with ooey gooey fluff; perfection! And this one tiny serving was just enough! PLUS it was nice to enjoy s’mores without getting my fingers sticky :)


I am loving the comments on my WEIGH IN question! Seems like I’m not the only one who is in a constant battle with her DVR! Keep’em coming!

Yep, still in NC and still in Liberty. I was in a few other places for awhile (Memphis and Charlotte), but then decided to come back home. Enjoying the peace and pace of the country life again!
