Gluten Free Steel Cut Oats!!

Before my Celiac diagnosis, I rocked the steel cuts oats almost every morning. But since then, I’ve struggled to find oats that are steel cut and gluten free. So when I saw the box of Arrowhead Mills Gluten Free Steel Cut Oats in Whole Foods yesterday morning, I squealed! (yeah, they think I’m crazy there)

Basic Mix: 1/3 cup steel cut GF oats cooked up with 2/3 cup water; served with strawberry yogurt and slivered almonds

I love how crunchy steel cut oats are. I’ve always been a crunch lover. Munch and Crunch.

I hope everyone has a happy hump day! I’m trying to convince Parrish to stop at PF Chang’s on his way home today for supper. Fingers Crossed :)

Another way to eat quinoa, cook up with some cream, add fruit or any of the stuff you put on oatmeal.
