Every inch was attractive and informative! Am I the only one who is easily swayed by pretty packaging?
So I decided to try a special breakfast treat, that I actually haven’t had in years! I’ve never eaten this gluten free!
Gluten Free Cinnamon Raisin French Toast
I used four slices of Rudi’s gluten free Cinnamon Raisin and dipped it in a batter of 4 eggs whisked with one cup milk and one tbsp. brown sugar. Throw it in a pan until golden brown.
Finish it off with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Mmmmm eggy sweet nooks and crannies! It was the perfect breakfast for a FREEZING morning!
