A few weeks ago I received a very special delivery in the mail. It was one of those packages that as soon as you open it, you can’t stop smiling!

Who ever designed this cuite patootie piece of packaging did an amazing job!
Every inch was attractive and informative! Am I the only one who is easily swayed by pretty packaging?
So I decided to try a special breakfast treat, that I actually haven’t had in years! I’ve never eaten this gluten free!
Gluten Free Cinnamon Raisin French Toast
I used four slices of Rudi’s gluten free Cinnamon Raisin and dipped it in a batter of 4 eggs whisked with one cup milk and one tbsp. brown sugar. Throw it in a pan until golden brown.
Finish it off with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Mmmmm eggy sweet nooks and crannies! It was the perfect breakfast for a FREEZING morning!
