Resolution–Eat More Bagels?

Yeah, I doubt anyone really makes that a resolution, but once you’ve tried an Udi’s gluten free bagel, you just might!

I discovered these just before Christmas. I can’t believe it has taken me this long to post about these babies! Maybe it’s because as soon as I open one bag

it seems like it’s empty. Funny thing about my cream cheese container too…

Parrish is such a sweetie that he has started restocking my supply of delicious Udi’s bagels before I even know that I’m out!

Now I’m not saying that I’ve converted from a gluten free oat lover to a carb loving bagel addict, but on mornings when I have ZERO time, these bagels are THE BEST!

Speaking of mornings, I have to be up at 5:30 tomorrow so I’m outta here! Smile

Glutinos are still the best for the true bagel taste. Udi's make great stuff (pizza, sandwiches, casseroles, stuffing, toast, etc), but they're not like real bagels.

And between the price and the carbs, I'm happy to stick to bagels as a once-in-a-while treat.

I discovered the Udi plain bagels just before Christmas as well. I love them! Previously, I could only find cinnamon-raisin GF bagels, which were fine, but not great for egg sandwiches and other savory options. While I think they do the trick just fine, the Udi bagels don't really have the same crusty/chewy texture as a traditional bagel; however, I've found that the upside to that is that they make great burger buns!
