OATMEAL!
In the mix: 1/3 cup gluten free oats, 1/3 cup skim milk, 1/3 cup water, 1/2 tbsp. chia powder, and two strawberries; topped with one mini gluten free blueberry muffin
I love oats topped with cake. There’s just something about the texture that I can’t get enough of!

That looks so good. Your sledding pictures looked like a blast - I wish we had enough snow here for some good sledding!
I'd never thought of putting a muffin in oatmeal- I love the idea!
