I hope you guys had a fun (and safe) Halloween! Parrish and I kicked it at home with giant bowl of candy,
a new gluten free Winter Brew,
and a long game of Kan Jam. Our neighborhood has a big Halloween party, and so we decided to park it in our front yard for the festivities. It was such a gorgeous night, not too hot and not too cold.
But I have to admit…I may or may not have pushed that Butterfinger that was on the top of the pile…to the bottom. Luckily, the hidden treasure wasn’t discovered! I had plans for that little Butterfinger.
Whipped Gluten Free Oats
with Butterfinger topping!! In the mix: 1/3 cup water, 1/3 cup skim milk, 1/3 cup Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Rolled Oats, 1/2 tbsp. chia powder, and half a banana whipped
topped with a Fun Size Butterfinger – crushed :)
What’s your favorite Halloween candy?

Used to be those little individual sized Milky Ways, but not since I'm GF and they contain malted barley. Bummer... I guess I don't really have a new favorite -- yet! (My kids are GF and dairy-free, so I have to admit I did enjoy a mini Hershey bar trick-or-treat night.)
hey!! new product alert on my blog! check it out!!
btw -- how was that cider? did you ever find the pumpkin woodchuck? i couldn't find it anywhere!
