If I come up with a really good recipe, I ALWAYS revisit. I usually don’t bother posting…since I don’t want to bore you guys to death. But last night I revisited this recipe. And it was SO good, it was a revisit worth documenting!
Unlike the first time, I subbed in mozzarella for the cheese. While it definitely added to the creaminess, I missed the bite of asiago. I can’t believe it took me so long to make this recipe again! It is so yummy and comforting! And the beans give it so much depth; it really made me think about making a pasta dish with hummus.
Maybe next week… :)
I also created a little amuse bouche for Parrish and I last night, with only 5 ingredients that showcase our garden’s bounty:
One slice of Against the Grain Gourmet GF baguette toasted in olive oil, topped with mozzarella, balsamic vinegar, Ravelli basil, and Ravelli tomato.
