We have arrived!! The ladies have taken Wilmington by storm! I woke up at 6:15 this morning and just could NOT go back to sleep!! I was so excited :) I went for a quick run with Max and then set to packing:
You guys thought I meant clothes ;) No! Like most gluten free gals, I packed food!
When traveling, breakfast usually stumps me. Everything on the go is pretty much filled with gluten! So, since I knew our inn has a kitchenette, I packed all the makings for gluten free oats…for six :)
I also packed fair trade coffee and THE BEST creamer ever. I know I’ve posted about this before, but I love it that much. I really, really do.
I also packed some fun waters to try with the girls!
Remember when I tried the cinnamon orange peel? I’ve been dying to try the lemon verbena geranium!! I’ll let you guys know ;)
I also made my sister and I sandwiches for the drive down:
Are you guys sick of seeing sandwiches? I may need to go in to sandwich rehab! In the mix: Rudi’s Gluten Free Original bread, grilled chicken, fresh sliced tomato, white onion, and havarti cheese.
My bestie sister, who isn’t even gluten free gave it the thumbs up!
In her words, “If you hadn’t told me it was gluten free, I wouldn’t have known.”
And I’ll tell you, she’s a tough critic!!
Now we’re here:
in our PJ’s, talking about the wedding and laughing while I cry :) I am a blubbering mess these days. Just whisper wedding around me, I completely fall apart. I hope I’m able to make down the aisle… :)

Want to place bets on whether or not I’ll get up tomorrow morning and run. :)
