Fresh Strawberries smothered in 0% fat vanilla greek yogurt. Love it.

So Tasty. I wonder if anyone would be opposed if Parrish and I served that for dessert at our wedding :)

I also love Saturday Salad Bar. Saturday Salad Bar is what I let myself eat for lunch if I have to work on Saturday.

Hello Whole Foods Tasty Rainbow. I find that if I put salsa on my salad, I don’t even miss the dressing. Which is good, because dressing is one glutens favorite hiding places.

Hard boiled eggs with a drizzle of yellow mustard. It’s like a healthier deviled egg. I really want to start keeping boiled eggs in the fridge for a quick snack. The last time I made boiled eggs I had to google how to do it…sadly, I think I’ll have to google it again. Any tips?

On the wedding front, Parrish and I got our Save The Dates!!! EXCITEMENT!

My friend Peter graciously offered to design our postcard as a wedding present, and I was pleasantly pleased with the result! I used an online overnight print shop that did 100 postcards FULL COLOR for $32 bucks!! Want a sneak peek?

That is such a happy movie! I prefer mustard hard boiled eggs too. I worked yesterday doing a huge charity event. We fed 2600 people an entirely gluten free and dairy free tasting menu. They loved it! What did your work entail? Anything exciting? I doubt more exciting than your upcoming wedding!

I love your save the dates! And you're getting married on my wedding anniversary too! we were married on September 18, 2004. Great date!
I love hard boiled eggs. I like to make half of my batch with paprika sprinkled on top and the other half with old bay seasoning sprinkled on top! so yummy!!

Someone told me this trick for boiling eggs, and it works like a charm. Put your eggs in a pot, and just cover them with water. Bring the water to a boil, then cover the pot and turn the heat down to the lowest setting. 20 minutes and they're done.

Girl I do the SAME THING on Tuesdays. I have to go from work to class and I get an hour break in between. It's a fourteen hour day for me. That hour - I'm at Whole Foods! Their salad bars are the best!

Good luck with the wedding planning... you seem to be taking it all in stride and enjoying the process bit by bit. That's awesome!

I absolutely LOVE your Save The Date cards! :)

I've been eating a hard boiled egg first thing in the morning to get my metabolism moving. :) But I still miss the ease of a bagel or piece of toast...
