SUPER quick tiny breakfast of Stonyfield Fat Free Lemon. (Can you tell I didn’t really shop this week?) It was a small breakfast BUT delicious!
I didn’t want to mention this before, because I didn’t want to jinx myself, but I have gotten up every single morning this week and hopped on the treadmill. I’ve only had time to do two miles each day, but I’m still SUPER proud of myself! I am NOT a morning exercise person. This morning Parrish had to groggily remind me that I would be mad at myself later if I didn’t get up, and I’m so glad he did! Love you P!
Around noon I became a starving monster and immediately walked over to Whole Foods for:
Can you tell I’m mad at Whole Foods? Yeah, no. Italian Tofu with steamed broccoli (the best ever!) and green beans. I also picked up this beauty to have for a snack later:
G.T.’s Kombucha Guava Goddess
About a year ago I emailed the company to check and make sure these guys were gluten free, and they are indeed!
I love kombucha, especially the guava. It has the least amount of “floaties”.
Thanks to Kate for reminding me! ;)
In the spirit of trying to get off the chemicals…as much as I can, I also purchased a new substitute for Crystal Light:
Super Tasty! Does this mean I’m going to give up Crystal Light? I’m just not sure. Diet Coke? Heck no! But I am proud to say that I did not have a diet coke today. Bam!
Okay, off to watch House Hunters and get to bed early! House shopping VERY early tomorrow!
