Before I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease a little over a year ago I was CONSTANTLY sick. I had a ton of sinus infections and it seemed that even though I was taking allergy medicine, it never worked.
Since my diagnosis, I have been super healthy. I am very aware of keeping myself healthy. After being sick for so long, I never wanted to go back. I even shelled out the $30 bucks for a flu shot this year. I was determined to make it through this cold season unscathed.
:( It didn’t work. Yesterday I had a full blown head cold. And this morning I woke up feeling like my head was underwater. I called in to work (which I HATE to do because I LOVE my job) and I have an appointment at the doctor this afternoon. I’m 99% sure that I have a sinus infection, but I just want to be sure.
Until then it’s OJ, Hot tea, and tons of water. On the positive side, it’s a gorgeous day today. Beautiful weather always makes me feel better. And I LOVE this Yogi Tea. The blend of ginger and cardamom is tasty. Plus I love the little message on each bag!
Love it! Now it’s back to bed and back to my water bottle!

Get well soon!!!
hope you feel better quickly!
Yeah, I always got sick before I was G-free too. On the plus side, you do get to know your body and the pattern colds usually take!
You poor thing! Hope you get better soon!
Feel better darlin'.
Here's somethin' that might help clear you up. Chopped raw garlic in vegetable or tomato juice. It's seriously awesome. So is spicy Mayan hot chocolate. Both clear me out so quickly.
Speedy recoveries!
Feel better soon!
Feel Better! And I'm sure you know this - but be careful w/ the teas - I don't think it was the cold care one, but I know one of the Yogi teas has barley in it:(
