Product Review: 365 Gluten Free Pizza Crust Mix

To me, gluten free pizza is the most unpredictable food. Between the mixes and frozen pizzas, every one is different. Even certain brands produce some that are a hit and others that are huge misses. Luckily, I am engaged to a retired pizza chef who is always ready for a challenge.

The directions were pretty simple. We both were a little confused as to when we were supposed to add the eggs, but we just threw them in and crossed our fingers. The dough was VERY sticky, but Parrish used the Beth’s Gluten Free All Purpose Flour to help. (I forgetfully forgot to remove my engagement ring before “helping” with the dough!!! Big no no.) Normally he would toss the dough, but he thought it seemed risky and opted for a rolling pin instead. We oiled it first, and then sauced it; Hit it with cheese and slapped on some pepperoni. (Don’t forget to check and double check that the pepperoni you use is gluten free) Good to go!!

Thanks for a possible lead on a good gluten free pizza crust - I'm new to the whole having to go gluten free and the first mic I tried...

well. Let me put it this way. When the dough raised it looked and felt like floam (missing only the characteristic neon colors of moon sand) and when baked. Pizza crust shouldn't SQUEAK between your teeth.

I'll have to give this one a try. Thank.
